Hydro-Fracturing

Available for low yielding wells. The technique of hydraulic fracturing is used to increase or restore the rate at which water can be produced from a reservoir, including unconventional reservoirs.

Hydraulic fracturing - is a process that results in the creation of fractures in rocks. Hydraulic fractures may be natural or man-made and are extended by internal fluid pressure which opens the fracture and causes it to grow into the rock.

The objective of hydraulic fracturing is to increase the amount of exposure a well has to the surrounding formation and to provide a conductive channel through which the water can flow easily to the well.

Constant Pressure Systems
State of the art technology which provides our customers with constant pressure, all of the time. Normally, well systems work off of a pressure switch and there is always a 20 PSI differential from when the well pump turns on and shuts off.  While taking a shower if the pump has just filled up the well tank, it could be at 60 PSI and then water is drawn from the well tank and goes down to 40 PSI before the well pump turns on again.   This fluctuation in pressure can be eliminated with a constant pressure system. Please contact Middleton Well & Pump if you would like to learn more about these systems.
